Build
Coral Shark configures or builds the agreed workflow using existing tools where practical. Complexity has to earn its place.
Realistic testing
Ordinary work, missing information, duplicates, unusual cases, decisions that stay with people, system failure and the manual fallback are tested where they apply.
Handover and defect correction
You receive a clear account of what it does, what it refuses to do, how to stop it, who owns each unusual case and the agreed defect-correction terms.
Bad fits stop early
Bad-fit work does not become a £2,500 surprise.
Major migrations, custom software products, vague multi-department programmes, serious decisions made without a person, unclear approval responsibility and work that cannot be tested are given a different scope, declined or held until the missing facts are supplied.
A short, clear agreement
The agreed result defines the work.
A standard Fix should not need a long bespoke proposal. The Brief is turned into the exact work, the points where it must stop and the checks it must pass.
If a delivered Brief fits, Coral Shark sends a private “Build this” link to confirm the remaining access, testing, unusual-case and fallback details. That customer action is not a public website route.
