One recurring workflow

Keep the Business. Modernise the Work.

Find the admin job worth fixing first.

Give Coral Shark one recurring job that wastes time, slows response or delays cash. Receive a specific, evidence-led instruction sheet showing the next defensible move, what stays human, what is still unknown and whether implementation is worth considering.

Fixed price £249 + VAT

One workflow. No mandatory discovery call. Delivery target: next working day after enough usable workflow information is received to begin.

You give usOne workflow in ordinary language.
You receiveA decision-ready instruction sheet.
If facts are missingUnknown stays unknown; we ask targeted questions.
If quality failsThe contract routes to repair, then a full quality refund.

What happens after payment

You describe the job. Coral Shark does the structuring.

01 You receive a private one-time intake link.
02 Tell us what the recurring job is, what is wrong and what happens now — in ordinary language.
03 Add workload numbers only if you know them. Unknown is a valid answer.
04 Coral Shark structures and checks the evidence, separating customer facts from AI-assisted inference.
05 You receive the complete Brief with the next action and remaining uncertainty visible.

Sample output · synthetic example

Inspect the answer before you buy the process.

This quote-preparation sample is not a customer result and contains no invented saving. It demonstrates the structure, boundaries and level of specificity the product must meet.

CORAL SHARK / OWNER’S BRIEFSYNTHETIC EXAMPLE · NOT CUSTOMER PROOF
Primary decision

Standard quote preparation can move. Pricing judgement should not.

Capture the required job facts once, prepare the repeatable structure consistently, and stop for a person when price, scope, risk or commitment is unusual.

Current workflow

Job details arrive across an email and attachment. An owner reconstructs the same quote structure, then applies pricing judgement.

Evidence classes

Customer-stated: details arrive in two places. Inference: a minimum-facts intake may remove re-keying. Unknown: exception rate.

Monday sequence

  1. Name the minimum facts.
  2. Make missing facts visible.
  3. Prepare standard structure.
  4. Route exceptions to the owner.

Keep human

Non-standard price, risk, unusual scope, relationship context and consequential promises.

Do not buy yet

Do not replace the quoting platform or buy a generic AI sales tool before the exception evidence is known.

Next evidence

Review 20 recent quotes and record which genuinely needed owner judgement. That determines whether implementation is ready.

Designed to stand on its own

You do not have to buy an implementation.

A good Brief can recommend a process change, tell you to gather one missing fact, say the workflow is already good enough, recommend doing nothing, or identify a later implementation path. It is useful only if the conclusion survives without a sales call.

No forced automation.
Stable routine work may move; judgement stays human where it matters.
No invented ROI.
Unknown frequency, time or value remains unknown.
No generic AI strategy.
One named job and one recommendation supported by the information available.

When information is insufficient

A short clarification path, not a discovery maze.

Coral Shark can ask up to three targeted asynchronous questions at a time when core context is missing. Workload numbers are optional; missing values remain unknown. If evidence supports only an evidence plan, that plan can still be the useful answer.

Quality and refund principle

Specific or repaired—not padded.

If the Brief does not meet the promised quality, Coral Shark repairs the work first. If it still cannot produce a specific, supported recommendation, the full amount actually paid is routed to a provider-verified refund.

This is the existing quality-failure principle. It is not a promise that every change will save money or that every customer preference creates a refund right.

Before you decide

Questions a careful buyer should ask.

Do I need to know which technology to use?

No. Describe the work and the decisions. Coral Shark may recommend stopping or simplifying before any technology.

What if the Brief says not to automate?

That can be a successful answer. The product is a defensible decision, not an obligation to implement.

Will Coral Shark need access to my systems?

Not for the ordinary Brief. Implementation access, test data, security and fallback are separate questions only if a later eligible Fix is considered.

What happens after I pay?

A verified payment creates one private, purpose-bound intake route. The complete Brief is delivered without requiring a portal or a sales call.

How the analysis works

AI can help interpret the workflow. It does not get to rewrite the evidence.

Customer evidence

Your description stays customer-stated evidence. Your workload figures stay customer estimates unless separately measured.

Deterministic calculations

Where numbers can be calculated exactly from supplied inputs, software does that calculation. We do not silently assume working weeks, months or days.

AI-assisted structure

AI may propose workflow steps, patterns and recommendations only as labelled inference tied back to non-unknown evidence.

Quality check

Generic plausible advice is not enough. If we cannot produce a specific, supported recommendation after repair, the product should be refunded rather than padded.

Implementation is a different question

A useful Brief does not mean Coral Shark is ready to touch your systems.

If the Brief points toward implementation, the £2,500 Workflow Fix has a stricter post-Brief gate: systems, rules, exceptions, representative tests, authorised access, acceptance criteria, approver and fallback must all fit the standard scope.

£2,500 + VAT.
The £249 net Brief credit forms part of that total when the related eligible Fix starts within the 30-day credit window.
One bounded workflow.
Anything outside the standard box is re-scoped or declined explicitly.
Measured acceptance.
Implementation does not begin from a vague recommendation.

Start small

Give us one recurring job.

Price and scope are visible before you start. No mandatory discovery call, no transformation programme and no obligation to implement afterwards.
