More than three decades of commercial and operational experience.
Rob’s background spans sales, logistics, machinery, project management, IT outsourcing and financial services. Coral Shark applies that cross-functional operating perspective to a narrow question: what should change in this workflow, what should stay human and what should you avoid buying or building yet?
The point is not to turn that experience into a list of impressive job titles. It is to bring commercial judgement to workflow decisions that sit between customers, staff, systems, money, risk and day-to-day reality.
